Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child in Youth United Project (YUP) for the 2026–27 school year. Please complete this form, it helps us determine how many classes we need to offer this year. Please take a moment to read our Student Registration Package if you haven't done so.

  • Please submit one form per student. If you have multiple children who would like to attend, submit a separate form for each.
  • Submitting this form does not guarantee a spot in our classes. Student Class Selection, when official class spots are confirmed, takes place on Monday, September 15, 2026 at 10:30 AM EST.

Please provide your WeChat ID if possible. Class group chats primarily run on WeChat, so this will be the easiest way to stay updated.

Course Selection

*Private Class: available in all subjects, for both elementary and high school level, offered 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 and tailored to your child's specific learning needs. Taught by our top IB/university students. Private classes are charged at an hourly rate, priced at a premium compared to regular group classes.

You can select more than one option per subject (e.g. Grade 2 and Private Class).

By registering, you agree to a $25 per-course contribution to support YUP's programming and help keep tutoring accessible for students across Canada.
